Our merchandise follows VFW National’s trademark guidance by using Post 1’s own designs and keeping the official VFW name, logo, Cross of Malta, and other protected VFW marks off the products we sell. Article VIII, Sections 803–805 of the VFW National Bylaws govern the manufacture and use of official emblems and insignia, define the official name, and require express written authorization from the Quartermaster General for commercial use of the VFW name or protected marks. National’s Quartermaster’s Guide directs members and Posts to the VFW Store and its licensed vendors for merchandise bearing those marks.
